THE Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce's LSIP team are back in January 2024 to bring you their next Forum - this time in partnership with the Hull & East Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership's Skills Network. The event's focus will be on Employability Skills.
Event Purpose
Our aim is to bring together employers, providers and stakeholders to:
- Update you on the work of the HEY LSIP and the Hull & East Yorkshire LEP's Skills Network.
- Gain your views on Employability Skills and what your business expects from its team.
- Showcase Employability Skills Passports and gain your perspective on what is really needed.
- Look into Employability Skills training and what is available to your business.
- Check, challenge and help shape our plans for taking the LSIP forward.
- Provide a platform for you to share your views on the skills that matter for you and your business.
- Identify and develop opportunities, which can support the HEY LSIP Delivery.
Why is it important?
We want to ensure you, as employers, are truly at the heart of the skills system, as well as ensuring that our current and future workforce are equipped with the skills and attributes that meet the needs of employers and the local area.
