This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day business operations within a company that delivers air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating solutions across the UK.
You will work closely with the Service Coordinator and Director, developing key administrative and organisational skills while working towards a recognised qualification.

Description:
What you’ll do at work
You will assist the Service Coordinator and Director with a range of administrative duties, including:
Answering incoming telephone calls
Responding to emails in a professional manner
Logging jobs onto the Joblogic system
Allocating jobs to engineers
Emailing paperwork to customers once jobs are completed
Raising purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors
Keeping training records up to date
Supporting the wider team and taking on new tasks as required
Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working and learning on the job, gaining valuable real-world experience.

Essential qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) in:
English (Grade 4/C or above)
Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
